After obtaining my Bachelor's degree in graphic design in Lyon in 2010, I moved to Switzerland. I worked as a graphic designer for various multinational companies until 2022, but also for cultural associations (including the Romand weaving association Romantiss'), artists, small businesses and music groups. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have always been curious about how everyday objects are made, and I have loved creating things with my hands since I was very young. I discovered a passion for weaving during a visit to the contemporary tapestry workshop Dovecot Studios in Edinburgh. Back in Switzerland, I trained in weaving at the Filambule workshop school with Dani\u00e8le Mussard in Lausanne between 2019 and 2021. At the same time, I also took sewing classes to become more free and independent in my creative work. In 2024, I co-founded les tisserandes<\/a><\/strong><\/em> in Lausanne, a local textile design shop running from early 2024 to late 2026 where I give introductory weaving classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I joined the Romand weaving association Romantiss' in 2020, and am now its co-president alongside textile designer Jamie-Lee Duvieusart. I am also a member of the UTA (Union pour le Tissage Artisanal), the Association M\u00e9tiers d'Arts Suisse and the Association M\u00e9tiers d'Arts Vaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In recent years, I have participated in several collective weaving exhibitions with Romantiss': Archi-textures<\/em> in Romainm\u00f4tier in 2021, Un vrai tissu de mensonges<\/em> in Lausanne in 2023 and Deux par deux<\/em> in Romainm\u00f4tier in 2025 and Toiles de Ma\u00eetres<\/em> in Geneva in 2026. I have also taken part in various events related to the arts and crafts: M\u00e9tiers d'Arts D\u00e9voil\u00e9s (Morges 2025, Vevey 2026), the European Artistic Crafts Days (Lausanne 2025), F\u00eate de la Ferme des Troncs (M\u00e9zi\u00e8res 2024 and 2025), and Journ\u00e9es des Artisans (Estavayer-le-Lac 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Weaving allows me to bring my graphic vision to life by playing with colours, shapes and the rhythm of patterns to design scarves, accessories and decorative objects. I also attach great importance to the sensory aspect of my work by choosing soft and enveloping materials. Tactile impressions, bright and vibrant colours, constructed or improvised rhythm; my work is sometimes thoughtful, sometimes more free, but always graphic and colourful!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
